Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is submitted, a pre-paid FedEx return shipping label will be generated for you to download and print.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are present, and attach the return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized FedEx location; you will receive an email notification once your refund or exchange has been processed at our warehouse.
